I have found that the 7 strands of the Honey Vessel and the 7 pointed star Heptagram supports a use which is for Storage. I have come upon this assumption because of the symbolism of the number and symbol 7 in Sacred Geometry, Numerology and through my gaining familiarity with the concept of "sevens"
When I say "storage" I mean to say that the Heptagram has the symbolic qualities which are appropriate for storage; mainly, the meaning of 7 is ORDER and order is an appropriate quality for a vessel that is used for storage: Asside from the fact that the word s-t-o-r-a-g-e has 7 letters, one may not think of storage and seven as being synonymous, but, the two have very much in common. Like a neatly packed suitcase, a toolbox with all the tools in their place, or a tin of sardines all packed in oil in neat rows; a successful storage protocol often has the qualities of order. And, when storing something, it is nice to find what you have stored in the same condition as it was when it was put away in the first place! This is the meaning of the heptagram. Therefore use the Honey Vessel to contain an item that is intended to remain the same over its prolonged use.
